# User Intuition documentation > User Intuition helps teams create interview studies, recruit participants, and use evidence from completed interviews. This file lists the main public documentation entry points. ## Agent guidance - Use the [public OpenAPI contract](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/openapi.json) for endpoint shapes; the API host also serves it at `https://api.userintuition.ai/.well-known/openapi.json`. - Ask the researcher to choose Panel, BYOP, or synthetic respondents. Create a draft, customize the plan, then show the saved plan for approval before inviting participants or launching paid recruitment. - Get separate explicit approval before a paid panel launch or participant reward. Use an `Idempotency-Key` for writes that may be retried, and poll returned jobs rather than repeating a request with a new key. - Use staging credentials only with staging. Synthetic respondent runs in staging consume staging credits. ## Start here - [API introduction](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/introduction): authentication, idempotency, report jobs, and public API scope. - [Staging quickstart](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/staging-quickstart): staging API key, synthetic respondent study, and report retrieval. - [OpenAPI specification](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/openapi.json): machine-readable public API contract. - [MCP server overview](https://docs.userintuition.ai/mcp-server/overview): tools, resources, prompts, and connection options. - [MCP quickstart](https://docs.userintuition.ai/mcp-server/quickstart): connect an agent client. - [Skills library](https://docs.userintuition.ai/skills/library): focused research workflows and installable skill files. ## Working with research - [Study lifecycle](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/study-lifecycle): draft, provisioning, and fielding. - [Panel targeting](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/panel-targeting): country, audience, and estimates. - [Webhook events](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/webhooks/overview): event delivery and verification. - [Runnable developer examples](https://docs.userintuition.ai/api-reference/developer-examples): local fixture and live workflows.
